We know you’ve listlessly trudged on the treadmill, gritted your teeth while lifting the weights, and wondered if it was all worth it. We get it. Doing the same routine continuously isn’t just deadly dull. Your body can also get used to the routine you’ve created and reduce the effectiveness of your workout.

At Elevate Fitness Orange Park, we know that a great workout should challenge both your body and your mind.

That’s why our classes are engineered to be challenging, positive, and fun. If you’re looking to drop a few pounds, tone up, or simply boost your fitness levels, you’re sure to find the right class, no matter your age or fitness level.

Our workouts are typically 35 minutes total and we target all areas of the body with a variety of different classes. Pick your favorite and come raise your intensity levels with us!  Our Classes Include: HIIT Classes (high-intensity interval training), Functional Aging classes, and Boot Camps.

Monday – Friday Afternoon Class Schedule:

4:45 PM – 5:05 PM
5:30 PM – 6:05 PM
6:15 PM – 6:50 PM

Saturday Morning Classes:

8:30 AM – 9:05 AM
9:15 AM – 9:15 AM

1st Sunday of the month:

7:00 AM – 7:35 AM
